Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian language
  • Strong understanding of the gambling industry with a particular focus on LATAM markets

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
  • Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimizing their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
  • Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
  • Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times
