Summary

Requirements

• HubSpot Utilization: Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions, track orders, and maintain accurate records of client information and communications
• Fluency in English: Native fluency in English (verbal and written) is required

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Order Handling: Answer phone calls, manage order inquiries, and handle data entry tasks. Create and process orders on behalf of clients accurately and efficiently
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and provide additional value to clients
• Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and build long-term relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty
