Join our client, a boutique video production company, as their highly organized Account Manager! Manage project delivery, client communications, and business growth across multiple accounts. This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires 2+ years of experience in account/project management, preferably in advertising or creative agencies. You will oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client communication, while also identifying upsell opportunities. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account/project management or client-facing roles, preferably within advertising, creative agencies, or production companies
- Comfortable using project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com , or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to managing multiple clients and projects
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and due dates ensuring projects are on track and meet quality standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of creative outputs, checking for text typos, simple errors, and overall adherence to client expectations
- Provide light creative direction by interpreting client vision, applying creative sensibilities, and assigning video editors or other creatives with clear, informed guidance
- Adapt to various project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and Monday.com depending on client preferences
- Manage file sharing and cloud storage platforms efficiently, utilizing Google Drive for all project sharing and archival, Frame.io for video review rounds and client deliverable access, and Google Cloud for cold-line project backups
- Prepare and edit proposals and contract documents using established templates to support sales efforts and client onboarding
- Collaborate with leadership on proposal content to ensure alignment with client needs and business goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 2-5 client accounts at a time
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely project updates
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client relationships and revenue
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of the communication stackโeffectively employing email, Slack, text messaging, and project management tool chats based on the context and audience, both internally and client-facing
- Collaborate with production, creative, and post-production teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Track project progress and resolve bottlenecks or risks in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in collaboration tools including Google Drive, Frame.io , and Google Cloud is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability

- Strong project management philosophy, including valuing consistent folder structures, clear file naming conventions, and organized documentation
