  • Solid understanding of SEO & SEM strategies and their implementation in marketing campaigns
  • Proactive approach to managing creative projects, with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project management
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged in marketing strategies
  • Eagerness to learn and master new programs and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a personable and professional demeanor, to build and maintain client rapport

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized marketing solutions
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts to maximize account growth and client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute SEO & SEM strategies to improve client visibility and performance in search engine results
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms to advise clients effectively
  • Conduct regular reviews and reports on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for further improvement
  • Be a proactive liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution
