Summary
Join our team as an Account Director (mid-market) and manage the entire customer journey for mid-market accounts. You will build relationships, increase revenue through upsells and renewals, and work remotely in the New York area with access to office space for collaboration. This role requires strong communication, self-drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The base salary is $105,000-$110,000 plus variable compensation based on renewals and upsells. While Account Management experience is preferred, the official title is Account Director.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Account Manager
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and digital ecosystem
- Ability to identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base
- Ability to present complex data solutions in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical
Responsibilities
- Manage business and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewals and upsells
- Have c-level discussions with customers and work on strategizing their use cases with our platform
- Create, manage, and implement Quarterly Business Reviews
- Proactively understand the clientsβ business to provide competitive insights and trends
- Collaborate with global product, engineering and other technical teams to improve our product offerings
- Follow industry trends and interpret these into day-to-day business impact
- Understand the product development cycle, being able to communicate between product teams and customers effectively to manage expectations on feature requests and releases
- Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base
