Summary

Join Simpplr as an Account Manager, SMB to help drive the company's growth by managing a portfolio of accounts focusing on retention and expansion. This remote position requires exceptional organization skills, understanding of customerโ€™s buyer journey, and experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management experience in technology / software industry preferred
  • 2+ years of overall direct sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of managing a large account base and closing renewals deals with SMB customers
  • Excellent communication skills (both for internal and external clients), display self starter mentality, highly organized, and team-oriented business values are essential

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive renewals for your assigned book of accounts
  • Manage a large portfolio of SMB accounts <50K ARR
  • Expand Simpplrโ€™s solutions within new areas of the business including additional products and capabilities
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive customer satisfaction and referenceability as needed
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to process renewals
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals within the assigned customer portfolio, in alignment with the companyโ€™s core values
  • Build pipeline to ensure successful achievement of ARR targets
  • Create quarterly forecasts against established targets and contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales cadence meetings
  • Articulate path to closure and key tactical steps for all deals
  • Develop winning proposals encompassing all aspects of Simpplr platform, business case and ROI metrics
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications. Experience with CRM, Salesforce, HR, intranet, collaboration, chat or enterprise social a plus
