Summary

The job is for a Sales role at SugarCRM with the primary responsibility of engaging and growing existing accounts, driving sales, and providing post-sales account management. The expected total target compensation range is $70,000 - $90,000 a year.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of on-quota, B2B sales experience
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Contact SugarCRM’s customers to engage and grow existing accounts
  • Drive and close add-on product sales, upsells and cross-sells to existing customers
  • Prospect, develop, and close prospects for SugarCRM’s suite of products and service packages
  • Provide post-sales account management to ensure successful adoption and usage
  • Coordinate and work with extended team members
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Support teams to support customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • On demand/SaaS experience a plus
  • Ability to understand CRM technology and successfully communicate it to our customers
