Summary
Join a cutting-edge digital marketing agency as a D2C Marketing & Advertising Account Manager! This remote, full-time position involves managing a client portfolio, streamlining operations, and driving business growth through strong client relationships. You will be the primary client contact, creating weekly reports, and supporting tailored digital strategies. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in client-facing account management and digital marketing, proficiency in various digital tools (Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords, etc.), and exceptional communication and organizational skills. Competitive salary and work-from-home flexibility are offered. This is a long-term position requiring an independent contractor agreement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role
- 2+ years in Digital Marketing. Ideally, with a marketing agency
- Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords + Analytics
- Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive)
- Strong client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and project management ability
- Ability to handle client scheduling, project intake, onboarding, and other client interactions efficiently
- They will also need to be proficient in comprehending: Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, etc
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients
- Create weekly reports for client base
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure frequent communication
- Support our tailored digital strategies for clients, considering their unique needs
- Propose, design, and execute digital projects to boost client ROI
- Address client inquiries promptly and effectively
- Manage ongoing client projects and deliverables
- Track and manage active projects in Click-up
- Monitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics
- Maintain client communications, schedule calls
- Maintain client folders and reporting
- Update weekly reporting agendas
- Schedule calls
- Manage task completion in ClickUp and Slack by internal/external experts and the Project Manager
- Sending recap emails and client comms
- Status check on reporting documents
- Support onboarding new clients
- Support onboarding new services for active clients
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with additional marketing tech tools like Motion, Replo, and Foreplay. Etc
