Account Manager

Summary

Join Mutiny, Trailer Park Group’s integrated creative agency, as an Integrated Marketing Account Manager. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams for diverse client projects, including integrated campaigns, brand communications, social media, influencer marketing, and experiential activations. This role requires experience leading client engagement across 360 retainer relationships and a background in integrated marketing at an agency. A passion for video games is essential. Remote work is allowed for West Coast-based candidates. You will partner with various teams to execute campaigns, communicate with clients, and manage deliverables. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at an advertising agency required
• You have campaign leading client engagement across 360 retainers – this is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – must be able to demonstrate superior writing and grammar skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and imaginative; approachable, outgoing, and diplomatic

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategy, creatives, production, and finance to coordinate and execute integrated campaigns with minimal supervision
• Understand and communicate the client’s perspective, challenges, and industry to the team
• Communicate daily with clients to establish and maintain positive working relationships
• Participates in crucial client meetings, including presentations and briefings
• Organize and run status meetings, following up on open items promptly
• Oversee the delivery of campaign deliverables and manage the approval process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the gaming space is preferred - prior integrated marketing agency experience is essential
• A love of all things video games is important in this role
