Summary

Join Unite Us as a self-motivated Account Manager, partnering with enterprise customers to deliver exceptional experiences. You will own the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion, building strong relationships and driving adoption of Unite Us solutions. Leveraging your health and social care expertise, you'll create tailored solutions and contribute to the success of our customers and the communities they serve. This role requires strong communication, data analysis, and strategic partnership skills. The position is remote and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales, customer success, account management or directly related work experience
  • Experience creating and sustaining strategic partnerships
  • Experience with renewals and retention opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, inspire others, and influence change at all levels
  • Self-starter motivation with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience analyzing data to pull our insights, tell a story and drive revenue growth within the account
  • The ability to thrive in a variable and demanding start-up environment
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute effective account plans for the specified region/customer base to deliver sales objectives considering overall opportunities, customer business priorities and anticipated business changes, our unique product capabilities, and value proposition
  • Proactively leverage a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value
  • Ensure customers have a high rate of customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement and retention
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in Salesforce
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure client adoption, utilization, and ROI for account users and sponsored users
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers, and extended team and partners
  • Act as the customer’s escalation point for business-critical issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategic planning, sales training, customer marketing efforts, and customer care
  • Be an expert in Unite Us products and services and educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions that currently are out of scope but would add value
