Summary

Join Vetcove, a growing company transforming the veterinary supply industry, as an Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their day-to-day communication and overseeing their accounts. Responsibilities include crafting agendas, hosting weekly meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, project managing catalog updates, analyzing account performance, and working with product and engineering teams on client feedback. You will also nurture corporate relationships to build affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform. This role requires 3+ years of experience in account management, exceptional communication skills, strong time and process management skills, experience in developing client-facing reports, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contacts
  • Excellent time and process management skills
  • Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews
  • Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events
  • A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight
  • Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and stay on top of actions items for key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure you’re up to speed on the latest business initiatives for the Vetcove product and can communicate such initiatives to clients
  • Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts
  • Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders
  • Work with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutions
  • Work with onboarding and implementation to on-board new acquisition clinics
  • Nurture Corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform
