Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Visibly. This role is responsible for both client retention as well as new growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop account strategies, provide regular reporting and analysis, and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or healthcare specific Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience with a track record of success
  • Minimum of 3-years of demonstrated experience leading and executing sales strategies
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the challenges facing healthcare providers and organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Selling: Find new opportunities by generating leads through various channels and meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients: Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients alongside the Business Development team
  • Developing account strategies: Develop account strategies to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Creating training materials and product resources as needed: Modify slide deck templates, monitor demo tests taken, and report on results and next steps
  • Guide new partner organizations through the product setup, customization, and implementation process: Set up accounts, price points, doctor networks, branding, and other customizations as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams as it relates to API and customer partner integrations, marketing, and customer service
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, keeping them informed about the status of their products and the performance of their accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for growth: Identify opportunities for growth within their client accounts, and work to develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition
  • Conduct regular check-ins: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to review product performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in industry conferences and events: Participate in industry conferences and events to build awareness of our products and expand our network
