Based in Kyiv (hybrid) or remotely, you will be responsible for managing key commercial partnerships, leading post-sales project implementation, and engaging with clients. You will work closely with the commercial team, adtech partners, and the marketing team. This role requires at least one year of experience in media sales and account management, strong interpersonal skills, and experience selling various advertising formats. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in media sales and/or account management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams (legal, finance, editorial)
  • Experience in selling different advertising formats in the media industry, including programmatic, native, direct advertising, sponsorships and job adverts
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the head of Commercial Partnerships and work closely with Commercial team members on key commercial partnerships
  • Lead post-sales project implementation, including contracting, payment processing, project managing the production, analyzing, reporting and other relevant activities
  • Participate in sales pitches and prepare sales collateral for native and direct advertising across various platforms owned by the Kyiv Independent
  • Engage with new clients for the Kyiv Independent and build relationships with existing ones
  • Work with adtech partners to set up and deliver directly sold programmatic campaigns in Google AdManager
  • Perform due diligence on inbound and outbound prospects
  • Work with the marketing team to produce case studies, sales presentations, and sales collateral
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities using CRM tools (Hubspot)
  • Work to introduce process improvements to the core sales processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with sales tools: LinkedIn Sales navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Experience working with legal documentation and processing contracting and payments for key clients
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to optimize work processes
  • Other languages, especially Ukrainian
