Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
- Proven experience as an Account Manager/Business Development/Partnership Manager
- Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally to make things happen
- An established a relevant business network
- Willingness and ability to take smart risks based on solid strategy and deep customer understanding
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with partners
- Manage various partner accounts; understand partners' capabilities and strategize with partner members to grow the relationship
- Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing partners to broaden the scope of services offered to existing clients/new clients
- Maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations, attend conferences and industry events, and develop other means of generating interest from potential clients
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth, analyze partnership performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments or other financial systems
- Other languages
- Technical knowledge of payments
