Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Possess CPA, ACCA, or a similar certification
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions
  • Have hands-on experience with Xero accounting software
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Have experience working in an international business environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have aptitude with different IT solutions
  • Be capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Be meticulous, well-organized, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability
  • Be self-motivated and dedicated, consistently demonstrating a positive and results-oriented attitude
  • Be resourceful and adaptable, with a willingness to take initiative and continuously develop skills
  • Have good command of English

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations in Xero for multiple entities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Process payroll including ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with relevant parties as needed
  • Handle AP function including handling communications and keeping all related records and documentations up to date
  • Manage inter-company reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial analysis and reporting
  • Provide support in closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments, manage projects and execute operational duties as required, ensuring support across various functions
