Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Active CPA license or eligibility to obtain a CPA license
• Years of experience in public accounting or financial consulting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and team members
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in financial analysis and planning, including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings
• Perform financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct internal control reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Assist in the preparation of business valuations and feasibility studies
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and tax regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial services to clients
