Summary

The job is for an Accountant who will manage financial records remotely. The role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, generating invoices, performing bank reconciliations, administering payroll, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely, accurate financial records
• Generate, issue, and verify client invoices; resolve billing issues
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables
• Administer payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams for invoicing information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a virtual or remote work environment is a plus
• Available to work in US time zones
• Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet
