Accountant - Part Time

This night shift position (9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT) offers a competitive hourly rate of P550. The role demands expertise in US accounting and tax practices, encompassing bookkeeping, accruals, journal entries, reconciliation, and month-end closing. Experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of US accounting experience, with familiarity in US GAAP. Additional responsibilities include tax preparation and the development of scalable chart of accounts and SOPs. Comfort with on-camera work and responsiveness during US business hours are also required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting in US setting
• Experienced in Bookkeeping
• Experienced in using QuickBooks Online
• Advanced in using Excel
• Background in US GAAP

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for US accounting and taxes
• Will be responsible for accruals, journal entries, reconciliation, and month end closing tasks
• Will be responsible for bookkeeping tasks
• Will be responsible for Tax Preparation (ie. partnership, government, corporate, etc)
• Can build SOPs
• Experience in building scalable chart of accounts for a company
• Responsive during US hours and comfortable on camera
