Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused on account-based marketing
- Experience with marketing tools such Foundry, 6sense, Demandbase or similar, as well as Sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive ABM strategies that align with enterprise sales goals and accelerate pipeline growth
- Architect multi-channel ABM campaigns that effectively engage key decision-makers at target accounts
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and reach target accounts
- Create compelling, personalized content that resonates with enterprise stakeholders across their buying journey
- Execute end-to-end campaign initiatives while maintaining consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ABM best practices to continuously optimize program performance
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and solutions teams to develop and refine the ABM strategy for InStrideโs target accounts
- Design, implement and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns, including personalized content, email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, events and unique, high-value tactics, tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each target account
- Work in lock-step with the sales team to support target account identification, develop account-specific marketing plans, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals, to facilitate successful progression of qualified accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and tailor personalized content and messaging for target accounts, including case studies, collateral, presentations and other artifacts that resonate with decision-makers and influencers within the target organizations
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, track key performance indicators and refine strategies based on performance insights
- Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and insights, to maximize impact of ABM initiatives
- Gain ongoing understanding of industry trends, the needs and challenges of target verticals, ensuring efforts are informed by the latest industry insights. Stay current on best practices and emerging technologies in ABM to continuously innovate and improve strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports, including impact and insights, on ABM campaign performance to key stakeholders, sharing and applying insights to refine the approach
