Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience is required, preferably with a strong emphasis on the life sciences / biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience with marketing systems and advanced attribution reporting
- A Quantitative and Analytical leader who rigorously tracks goals and KPIs
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high-energy company environment
- Forward thinking, growth-minded collaborative partner with strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and responsiveness
- Ability to lead by doing in addition to leading by delegating
Responsibilities
- Establish account-based marketing strategy and objectives in partnership with senior leadership
- Effectively cascade functional strategy to the Marketing team and contributing to the development of organizational policies
- Translate business line strategy into functional plans and guiding execution
- Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people in Marketing
- Ensure the marketing budget and schedules meet corporate requirements and are allocated and managed to financial plan
- Create and ensure achievement of strategic yearly marketing plans aligned to marketing goals and company objectives

- A creative marketer who has experience laying groundwork for 8 and 9 figure customer relationships
