Join Vosyn's dynamic team as an Accounting Intern and contribute to a groundbreaking AI project. This 3-month, 520-hour internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting processes. The role is primarily remote, with hybrid options in Toronto and Chicago. You will assist in preparing financial statements, participate in month-end/year-end closing, analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The internship requires a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in fields such as Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Help maintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial analysis and reporting is a plus
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
