This role involves monthly balance sheet reconciliations, data collection and analysis, and collaboration with banking partners and internal departments. Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Have strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be willing to work both independently and in a group setting
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Collect and review monthly bank statements from BHG reserve accounts
• Assist in collecting and summarizing data relating to Accounting Department projects and/or Audits
• Correspond with our 1,000+ banking partners regarding account activity and loan servicing
• Collaborate with other BHG departments to better fulfill their accounting needs
• Process electronic transactions to originate new loans and service existing loans
• Complete work with highest ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Have 1+ years of experience
• Have experience with accounting software (Workday)
