Accounting Manager

Summary

The job is for an Accounting Manager role at Innovid, a global advertising technology company. The role involves overseeing financial operations, including quarterly reporting for the U.S. parent company on the NYSE, managing consolidations, supporting comprehensive review and audit processes, and ensuring SOX controls. The position is based in Edinburgh with a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, and a working technical knowledge of both U.S. GAAP
• Practical experience of group consolidations, including multi-currency considerations
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with at least 5 years’ PQE

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly reporting for the U.S. parent company on the NYSE
• Manage consolidations
• Support comprehensive review and audit processes
• Ensure top-notch SOX controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. listed company is preferred
• SOX experience is preferred
• Big 4 experience is preferred
