Accounts Manager

Summary

Join Golden Hippo, an employee-owned health and wellness company, as their Accounts Manager for Supplements and Beauty. This remote position focuses on managing and growing sales of supplements and beauty brands at QVC and Vitamin Shoppe. You will create and execute business plans, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience selling to national retailers in the supplement industry, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Requirements

• Ability to travel 35% of the year
• 5+ years selling to regional or national supplement distributors and/or retailers
• 2+ years selling to a national or regional retailer
• 5+ years working in the supplement industry
• Thorough understanding of the supplements industry and how retailers work
• Knowledge of sales, operations and account management as it pertains to the retail channel
• Ability to work with many different personality types and levels within customer organizations
• Bachelors Degree required, Business degree or related field preferred
• Ability to collaboratively work across Golden Hippo to achieve common goals and internal alignment
• Curiosity to continue to grow and learn and uncover new opportunities
• Think strategically across brands
• Detail orientation and great follow through
• Ability to truly listen

Responsibilities

• Manage the multi-brand sales and profit growth of QVC and Vitamin Shoppe
• Create and execute business and promotional plans at both accounts
• Look for opportunities to introduce new brands to these accounts
• Proactively work with DTC Brand Managers to create a synergistic, omni-channel consumer experience
• Understand all aspects of QVC and The Vitamin Shoppe strategy and operations to enhance relationship and identify and execute against growth opportunities
• Work with internal brand managers, product development, supply chain team and others to facilitate partnership growth in alignment with Golden Hippo strategies and objectives
• Gain a thorough understanding of all of Golden Hippos supplement brands and stay informed of industry trends and opportunities
