Summary

Join Stream Realty Partners as an Accounts Payable Administrator and ensure the accurate and timely processing of vendor payments. Collaborate closely with Property Accounting and Property Management departments. Review invoices and supporting documentation, process payments, and resolve invoice exceptions. Maintain organized records, assist with 1099 processing, and contribute to additional accounting projects. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience processing at least 200 checks weekly required
  • High School diploma: Two Years College preferred
  • ERP Accounting software experience required
  • Attention to Detail
  • Pro-Active and Organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Review invoices and support documentation for payment processing of vendor invoices
  • Print checks, obtain signatures, mail or distribute checks to appropriate accounting personnel
  • Scan and file check batches electronically
  • Research and resolve invoice exception issues within the AVID system
  • Review, sort, and distribute mail to Project Accountants
  • Review and approve new vendors in the Accounts Payable system
  • Assist with 1099 processing and reporting
  • Additional projects as requested by Accounting Leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Yardi or MRI experience preferred
  • AvidXchange experience strongly preferred
