Requirements

• Educational Background: Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
• Experience in team management
• Experience in operations management, process improvement, and project management
• Experience with SAP

Responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable, employee reimbursement, and corporate card teams — including projects, processes, and daily operations
• Expected to identify opportunities and deliver projects focused on operational efficiency, overseeing daily activities and closing processes through performance indicators to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries
• Responsible for creating process manuals and training back-ups to reduce operational risks
• Strong collaboration with process, project, procurement, and finance teams
• Clear and objective communication (written, visual, and verbal) and negotiation with internal stakeholders
• Adaptability, versatility, and agility to thrive in today’s dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage operations effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial institutions and/or payment companies (preferred)
