Accounts Payable Specialist

Summary

You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and handling general accounts payable duties. A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience are required. The salary range is $60,000-65,000 plus a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy and approval, route into accounting software in a timely manner
• Research and resolve issues with invoices
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements
• Respond to inquiries about payment status, invoice requests, etc
• Assist with month-end closing responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Medius, Bill.com, Excel and Business Central preferred
