Accounts Payable Specialist

Summary

Join Zwift's global accounting team as an Associate/Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist in Long Beach, CA (remote eligible). You will collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and accurate invoice and payment processing using the AP automation tool and NetSuite ERP system. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate invoice information, managing invoice routing and matching, reviewing AP aging, and processing expense reimbursements. You will build relationships with internal business partners and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of accounts payable experience, strong attention to detail, and proactive work ethic. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all information, including cost center and GL coding are accurate for invoices in AP automation tool
• Ensure all invoices in the AP automation tool are captured, routed, and matched properly
• Work with AP supervisor to review AP aging, complete action items, and draft manual payments as needed
• Inquire with business partners about missing invoices, pending approvals, and action items related to Purchase Orders
• Process employee expense reimbursement requests in Expensify
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Ensure 3-way matching for Purchase Orders, coordinate with other departments to address variances as needed
