Accounts Receivable Associate

Summary

Join Trax Retail as a fully remote Accounts Receivable Associate, based in Central America or Mexico. This role involves managing customer accounts, creating invoices, resolving billing issues, and conducting collections. Requirements

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable processes
• Strong analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 with strong Excel skills
• Availability to work on a 8:00am to 5:00pm CST or MST schedule

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer details in the systems
• Create and enter invoices using several systems for customers located worldwide
• Research and reconcile customer orders, billing and payments
• Allocate Customer’s payment into their specific Accounts
• Facilitate the timely identification and resolution of Customer’s Claims and Deductions
• Conduct intensive collection activities and follow-up of overdue
• Attend to Customer’s queries and ensure timely resolution of issue
• Participates in various Order to Cash Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Performs other related duties as assigned
