Accounts Receivable Associate

Summary

Join Greenhouse as an Accounts Receivable Associate based in the Eastern Time Zone and contribute to a team focused on providing a premier customer experience. You will work closely with customers to ensure timely payments, act as a liaison between team members, resolve customer accounting tickets, and master the use of NetSuite and other AR management tools. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables and collaborating with cross-departmental partners. This position requires experience on a finance team, comfort with accounting software, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Requirements

• Experience working on a finance team
• Comfort working with accounting software systems (like Netsuite and/or Salesforce)
• Comfort collaborating in Excel / Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Work with our customers to ensure timely payment on all open invoices
• Act as a liaison to team members across the organization on customer collection workflows
• Resolve incoming customer accounting tickets in a timely manner
• Master navigation within NetSuite and our Accounts Receivable management tools
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field, a plus
• Experience working at a tech/SaaS company, a plus
• Experience working with Zendesk as a ticketing platform, a big plus

• The national pay range for this role is $27.64 - $29.76 hourly
• Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications
• Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases
• Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role
