Summary

Join Omnipresent, a global employment platform, and take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts for our debtors. Maintain and review customer accounts across the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer invoicing and credit notes, complying with local sales tax regulations. Accurately post and allocate all Accounts Receivable payments in multiple currencies. Respond to customer inquiries within established SLAs. Responsibilities

• Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of the Omnipresent Group’s debtors
• Maintain and review customer accounts across several territories in UK, Europe and the Rest of World
• Accurate processing, within agreed timelines, of customer invoicing and credit notes in line with local sales tax (VAT, GST, SUT etc.) regulation, providing input into periodic returns
• Post and allocate accurately all Accounts Receivable payments in multicurrency (e.g. GBP, USD, CAD, EUR etc.)
• Respond to customer tickets/inquiries in accordance to set SLA's
• Any additional duties relevant to your role
