Summary

Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience driving revenue via Performance Digital Media in an eCommerce environment
- Proven experience in capturing target audiences and crafting cross-channel marketing campaigns
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in digital marketing
- Results-driven approach to digital media spend
- Track record of leadership and mentorship
- Experience in full-funnel marketing
- Mastery of all-things eCommerce (including heatmaps and A/B testing)
- Encyclopedic knowledge of todayβs Adtech nuances, remarketing strategies, attribution, martech, and the digital landscape in the U.S
- Humility (putting the team and othersβ needs ahead of your own)

Responsibilities
- Lead teams, provide direction, and ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates, CPAs, ROAS, optimized design, and basket building
- Make strategic, data-driven decisions to capture target audiences and craft cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Increase the conversion rates of landing pages, websites, and shopping carts
- Think imaginatively and act strategically to drive sales
- Oversee budgets, work closely with Paid Media teams, and allocate resources for maximum efficiency and ROI
- Train junior marketers, lead cross-functional teams, and help others grow into their roles
- Understand how to position content that smoothly guides the audience down the sales funnel, turning curious visitors into loyal customers
- Integrate paid social, paid search, paid display, paid video, affiliates/influencers, and direct mail into a seamless customer journey
- Spot and fix problems like coupon abuse, friction in the checkout process, and poorly timed popups that drain sales
