Ad Monetization Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry
• Strong interest in the Ad Monetization aspect of game development
• Fluent in English (B2+ level) with good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet skills especially in Google Sheets
• Eager to learn new things

Responsibilities

• Provide support for both tech and product teams working on Ad Monetization related tasks
• Maximize advertising revenue across multiple titles
• Monitor and improve the quality of the ads shown across our titles
• Managing existing relationships with ad mediation and network partners
• Set up and manage Ad Monetisation waterfalls
• Identify and design new opportunities for ad monetization from games in the portfolio
• Stay up to date with all modern video ad technology, providers, placements and best practices in the industry
