Requirements

  • Customer Communication – Ability to professionally handle client inquiries, follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling changes via email, text, or calls
  • CRM & Spreadsheet Management – Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and basic CRMs for tracking leads, jobs, and invoices
  • Invoicing & Payment Tracking – Experience in creating, sending, and following up on invoices; maintaining accurate payment records
  • Scheduling & Route Optimization – Ability to manage job calendars (via Yardbook, Jobber, etc.) and ensure efficient routing for field teams
  • Attention to Detail & Organization – Strong organizational skills for keeping schedules, trackers, and client interactions consistent and error-free

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads and client communication – Track leads, send follow-ups, job reminders, and respond to inquiries
  • Send quotes and invoices – Prepare and follow up on job estimates and completed work billing
  • Maintain schedules – Update weekly/monthly calendars and ensure efficient routing for jobs
  • Track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices – Maintain accurate financial records
  • Request and manage reviews – Gather client feedback post-job to boost online presence
