Summary

The job description is for a Database Management role at ConnectOS, a global outsource sales and marketing leader. The employee will be responsible for database management, support & communication, data entry & administration, collaboration & reporting. Required skills include at least 2 years of experience on a similar role, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge of Slack and email platforms, and experience on database management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Upload, organize, and maintain content within the company’s database. Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized. Regularly review and update content to align with the latest company standards and protocols
  • Support & Communication: Respond promptly to basic support questions and queries via Slack, email, and the support portal. Provide clear and accurate information to users, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Data Entry & Administration: Perform data entry tasks related to content management and support activities. Maintain accurate records of communications, updates, and tasks completed. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the content and IT teams to ensure that content loading processes are efficient and error-free. Provide regular updates on content loading progress and support activities to the supervisor
