Summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a Senior Network Support Specialist to provide senior-level support for network infrastructure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create documentation, and participate in on-call rotation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 5 years of experience in network support and administration, in-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network support and administration
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Experience with Cisco and Juniper network equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for network infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices
• Monitor network traffic and security logs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP
