Summary

You will assist project managers and the director by maintaining project documentation, managing files, gathering information, and creating reports. Requirements

  • Experience in a previous administrative support role with various office tasks assigned
  • Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with multiple levels of staff and clients
  • This is an office position and is stationed at a desk – ability to sit and stand
  • Occasionally carrying, lifting up to 20lbs

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including specifications, RFQ's, vendor communications, approvals, scheduling, and other project documentation
  • Maintain files (electronic and/or hard copy) and data used for projects and clients
  • Gather and expedite information from various parties both internal and external to the company
  • Organize large amounts of information into coherent format and reports
  • Prioritize a variety of tasks with limited supervision while working in a fast-paced environment and be a contributing team member

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience Minimum of 2 years in a professional office environment
  • MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Candidate must possess the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism and composure while working under strict deadlines
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-volume office environment
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on assignments with minimum supervision
  • Ability to manage projects and programs in a positive, effective manner while maintaining adherence to deadlines, policies, and procedures
  • Accounting background is a plus
