Join 20four7VA as a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant supporting marketing operations and client campaign execution. This Junior Level role requires strong Microsoft 365 and HubSpot CRM proficiency, excellent content writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across clients. Responsibilities include CRM and platform management, content creation and campaign support, and administrative and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Microsoft 365 and HubSpot CRM, strong writing and editing skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. The work is remote, with a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in the MST time zone.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of marketing content
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across clients
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client records in HubSpot CRM
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Write and edit content for: Blog posts, LinkedIn updates, Email drip campaigns, Cold call scripts, Monthly digital newsletter articles, Website content
- Ensure messaging aligns with each clientβs brand voice and campaign goals
- Organize campaign assets using Microsoft 365
- Support client onboarding and documentation
- Assist with internal communications and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and tools
- Experience in B2B marketing or technology services
- Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing best practices
