Requirements

  • Demonstrates historical career stability
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives
  • Must have prior Excel experience (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Call insurance agents to retrieve insurance binders
  • Draft RISC corrections letters and request RISC corrections letters to be mailed
  • Monitor faxes and shared insurance inboxes
  • Handle a high outbound call volume, 80+ calls a day
  • Communicate all updates effectively and in a timely manner with fellow employees
  • Assist Managers with department projects
