Summary
Join Luscii as our new People & Operations Coordinator and become the bridge between patient app content and the systems and people that keep Luscii running. Support the creation of health programs, manage internal tools and processes, and ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and operational support, managing tools and assets, handling internal logistics, building and maintaining health programs in the Luscii app, and translating medical input into clear patient content. You will work in all operational areas within Luscii, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role is crucial for creating a foundation for better healthcare globally. Luscii offers a unique work environment with a four-day work week, remote-first flexibility within the Netherlands, and a focus on continuous growth and team spirit.
Requirements
- A passion for healthcare, people ops and creating great content
- A love for structure, organization, and solving problems efficiently
- A proactive and reliable approach. You donβt wait for things to break before improving them
- Experience or strong interest in healthcare and/or HR (People, Admin and Culture)
- The ability to switch between detail-oriented admin work and creative content writing
- Excellent communication in both Dutch and English
- A friendly, approachable style combined with the confidence to say no when needed
- Comfort with setting priorities and asking the right questions to move forward
- This position requires you to live in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to fill this role from abroad
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operations support , such as contracts, payroll, time-off tracking, and smooth onboarding/offboarding
- Manage tools, access, and assets to keep our team equipped, secure, and audit-ready. From ISO documentation to privacy-compliant internal tools and from security trainings to other mandatory courses all Lusciians will have to follow
- Take care of internal logistics and resources , ensuring workspaces, devices, and documentation are organised, accessible, and support a productive team environment
- Build and maintain health programs in the Luscii app, including patient-friendly questionnaires, measurements, and lessons in close collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Translate medical input into clear, accessible content that empowers patients and supports doctors in providing remote care
