Summary

Join Transmit Security as their Product Marketing Manager for the Identity Platform and own the go-to-market success of their core CIAM and orchestration solutions. This role blends product innovation and customer impact, requiring you to define how the platform is positioned, messaged, and brought to market strategically and tactically. You will own messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation, and GTM strategy for the Mosaic Identity Platform, collaborating cross-functionally to build buyer use cases and various marketing materials. Lead analyst engagement, support submissions to Gartner and Forrester, and deliver webinars and conference talks. Collect client feedback to shape product positioning and roadmap. Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS/platform technical marketing, product marketing, or product management
  • Proficiency in architecting demo experiences, developing technical narratives, and communicating to security/technical audiences
  • Proven ability to influence technical buyers including CISOs, security architects, and global identity/fraud leaders
  • Strong collaborator with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and field teams and a bias toward ownership and execution
  • Building a product marketing operation from scratch (new company or new product)

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation, and GTM strategy for the Mosaic Identity Platform, including CIAM, verification, and orchestration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Sales Engineering, Demand Gen, etc.) to build buyer use cases, demo narratives, collateral, technical content, and field enablement materials
  • Develop buyer-focused assets like technical comparisons, FAQs, , data sheets, and enablement docs for technical buyers: CISOs, security architects, product leaders
  • Lead analyst engagement, support submissions to Gartner, Forrester, and contribute insights or surveys for inclusion in thought-leadership reports and research
  • Deliver webinars, conference talks, demo architecture, support technical evaluations and POCs with customers and internal teams
  • Collect client and field feedback to shape product positioning and roadmap aligned with market needs and GTM strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with analyst relations or contributing to placement in research waves/quadrants
  • Expertise in CIAM, fraud prevention, identity verification, or identity orchestration platforms
  • Familiarity with authentication, user management and authorization standards and concepts
  • Track record crafting streamlined omnichannel identity experiences in fast-paced enterprise environments
