Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in a sales, partnerships, or business development role
- Strong experience in deal structuring, pricing negotiations, and closing partnership or sales agreements
- Skilled in analyzing sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize partner performance
- Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and scale long-term, high-value relationships with partners or clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared goals
- 4+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and results-driven approach to challenges
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to succeed in a high-growth environment
- Comfort with working remote
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to new potential agency partners
- Train, onboard, and equip Polar agency partners with the tools, training, and knowledge needed to effectively sell Polar Analytics’ solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day partner needs, product questions, and escalations
- Actively collaborate with partners to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities, contributing to measurable revenue increases
- Provide hands-on support for partner-led deals, including deal structuring, pricing, and objection handling
- Work with partners to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving deals from initial discussions to closed revenue
- Own a revenue quota tied to partner-driven sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Partner with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on partnership strategies that directly drive revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the eCommerce industry and an understanding of SaaS solutions or analytics tools is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of modern technology stacks, particularly in eCommerce or analytics, to effectively communicate with partners
