Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in a sales, partnerships, or business development role
  • Strong experience in deal structuring, pricing negotiations, and closing partnership or sales agreements
  • Skilled in analyzing sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize partner performance
  • Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and scale long-term, high-value relationships with partners or clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared goals
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and results-driven approach to challenges
  • Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to succeed in a high-growth environment
  • Comfort with working remote

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new potential agency partners
  • Train, onboard, and equip Polar agency partners with the tools, training, and knowledge needed to effectively sell Polar Analytics’ solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day partner needs, product questions, and escalations
  • Actively collaborate with partners to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities, contributing to measurable revenue increases
  • Provide hands-on support for partner-led deals, including deal structuring, pricing, and objection handling
  • Work with partners to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving deals from initial discussions to closed revenue
  • Own a revenue quota tied to partner-driven sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Partner with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on partnership strategies that directly drive revenue

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the eCommerce industry and an understanding of SaaS solutions or analytics tools is a strong plus
  • Basic understanding of modern technology stacks, particularly in eCommerce or analytics, to effectively communicate with partners
