Requirements
- Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
- 6-8+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation and enterprise application development
- Hands-on experience in Agile delivery, serving as a scrum master or product owner, and providing program/delivery leadership
- Experience and subject matter expertise related to Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.)and planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services
- Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Agile improvement efforts
- Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of our business
- Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services)and a variety of business functional areas (Finance and Accounting, Restaurant Technology, Sales, and HR)
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise client engagements centered on assessing, planning, and leading Agile transformations and delivering their most critical initiatives using an Agile approach
- Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings
- Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served
- Contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates

Benefits
- The estimated salary range for this role is $137,000 - $221,500 USD per year
- Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance
