AI Enablement Manager

Summary

Join Teramind as an AI Enablement Manager and lead the company's AI transformation journey. You will coordinate AI initiatives across departments, manage implementation projects, and ensure successful adoption of AI technologies. Collaborate closely with various teams, including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Recruiting, to automate processes and enhance efficiency. Requirements

Advanced English level (this is very important!)

Responsibilities

• Leading the transformation of AI within the company, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of automation
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation and efficiency gains
• Researching and evaluating competing tools to build and continuously improve our automation stack
• Owning the development and implementation of AI solutions to automate processes for departments throughout Teramind
• Driving field enablement and sales enablement with AI-powered tools to enhance team efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make.com, Jira, and Zapier is preferred
• Experience with Python and SQL is a nice-to-have
