Summary

Join Moveworks' GTM Enablement team as a detail-oriented, collaborative team member to lead the refresh and evolution of GTM content and sales enablement resources. You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Ecosystem Leadership to ensure all sales materials reflect the latest messaging and strategy. Responsibilities include updating core sales assets and revamping on-demand enablement content using instructional design best practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong written communication skills, familiarity with instructional design, and experience supporting sales enablement efforts. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Mindtickle, Notion, and Gong is required. This is a 6-month contract position, with pay ranging from $51-$90/hour, location-dependent. Moveworks offers a competitive salary, equity (for full-time roles), exceptional benefits, and commissions or bonus plans (where applicable).

Requirements

  • A keen eye for detail and a highly organized approach to managing multiple content updates, versions, and deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills—you can distill complex information into clear, compelling, and easy-to-follow content
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating or updating on-demand learning content (e-learnings, guided walkthroughs, LMS modules)
  • Experience supporting sales enablement efforts, such as updating pitch decks, product marketing collateral, competitive battlecards, sales plays, or other training materials
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Mindtickle, Notion, and Gong
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and multiple projects in flight
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done—even if it’s not glamorous

Responsibilities

  • Lead the refresh and evolution of our GTM content and sales enablement resources over the next 6 months
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, and our Sales Ecosystem Leadership to ensure that every pitch deck, battlecard, and sales play reflects our most up-to-date messaging and strategy
  • Update core sales assets
  • Apply instructional design best practices to revamp our on-demand enablement content—making sure our training resources are not only current, but engaging, effective, and easy to consume for a fast-moving sales org
