Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing Data and AI/ML projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for effective stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of Data/AI/ML architectures and technologies
- High proficiency in English (both written and oral)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers and Data Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Collaborate closely with the client to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mitigate project risks and address challenges proactively
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
