Responsibilities
- Driving creator usage and adoption of shorts through the power of content
- Constant experimentation and content innovations by identifying breakthrough content opportunities
- Analyze successes, failures, learnings and way forward on initiatives and experiments
- Own YouTube and YouTube Shorts (the brands) mandate on YouTube Shorts (the channel)
- Drive conversations between creators and brand YouTube on Shorts content
- Work with internal and external partners to identify content ideas as well as drive Shorts adoption
- Execute go-to-market plans and campaigns for shorts trends
- Building the YouTube Indonesia social brand with a specific focus on the user audiences
- Social channel and content calendar management across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook
- Campaign strategy and management
- Community building and responses
- Reporting and measurement
- Managing agencies and providing feedback on content and campaign ideas
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
