Join Doppel as the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing and lead our brand, communications, content, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with cybersecurity industry understanding, exceptional storytelling, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams. You will shape how Doppel communicates its value and expertise across all channels. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing and offers the opportunity to significantly impact a leading cybersecurity innovator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in content marketing, brand management, creative direction, and social media, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience working within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS technology industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and successful campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive measurable results
  • Strong creative vision and an eye for compelling design and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency with content marketing platforms, SEO tools, social media management tools, and analytics platforms
  • Experience managing budgets and external vendors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic content marketing strategy aligned with Doppel's business goals, marketing objectives, and sales funnel stages
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content, including but not limited to: whitepapers, e-books, blog posts, case studies, videos and more
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, brand voice, and target audience
  • Evolve and own Doppel's visual brand identity and establish tone of voice
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, social media graphics, and video content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials touchpoints
  • Monitor brand perception and develop strategies to enhance brand reputation and recognition within the cybersecurity market
  • Lead the creative vision for all marketing assets, ensuring visual appeal, innovation, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Manage external creative agencies and freelancers as needed
  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies for optimal impact
  • Manage community engagement and online reputation
  • Lead our external PR efforts to drive quality coverage about Doppel in top tier media
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and our external PR agency to craft compelling narratives and announcements demonstrating Doppel’s technical innovation, thought leadership and business momentum
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of content creators, copywriters, designers, and social media specialists
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize content impact
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all content, brand, creative, and social media initiatives
  • Regularly analyze performance data, generate insights, and iterate on strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Present reports and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product launches and market needs
  • Partner with PR and analyst relations to amplify key messages and secure media coverage

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and challenges preferred
