Summary
Join Nintex as an Alliance Manager, Salesforce, and play a key role in developing and expanding our strategic partnership with Salesforce. You will contribute to the definition and execution of a global alliance strategy, focusing on how Nintex solutions enhance Salesforce capabilities. Responsibilities include identifying areas of collaboration, managing the joint business plan, and developing strong relationships within Salesforce. You will also execute joint go-to-market programs, support sales enablement initiatives, and monitor alliance performance. This remote role requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and Nintex's product portfolio, along with proven experience in strategic alliances and revenue-generating partnerships. Success in this position requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partner management within the enterprise software industry
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience supporting or managing alliances with Salesforce, with a good understanding of their sales processes, relevant product offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, etc.), and partner programs
- Demonstrated expertise in Nintex's product portfolio (e.g., Nintex Process Platform, Nintex Workflow Cloud, Nintex Drawloop Document Generation, Nintex AssureSign) and a strong understanding of how these solutions integrate with and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven track record of contributing to successful, revenue-generating strategic partnerships, particularly those involving complementary software solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Solid analytical skills and ability to define, track, and report on alliance metrics
- Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and execution of a comprehensive global alliance strategy for Salesforce, aligning with Nintex's overall business objectives and growth targets, particularly focusing on how Nintex solutions enhance Salesforce capabilities
- Identify and prioritize key areas of collaboration, including product integrations (e.g., Nintex Workflow Cloud, Nintex Drawloop Document Generation, Nintex AssureSign eSignatures within Salesforce), joint solutions, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives
- Support the development and management of the joint business plan with Salesforce, including tracking KPIs, contributing to forecasting, and reporting on alliance performance, with a focus on Nintex's contribution to Salesforce customer success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within Salesforce at various levels, including sales teams, product specialists, and marketing counterparts, fostering a deep understanding of Nintex's value proposition
- Act as a key point of contact for strategic alliance activities with Salesforce, ensuring clear communication and alignment on joint initiatives
- Facilitate regular inter-company meetings and reviews to ensure ongoing collaboration and problem-solving, particularly around joint solution development and market adoption
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams at both Nintex and Salesforce to execute joint go-to-market programs that highlight the combined power of Nintex and Salesforce
- Support enablement initiatives for both sales forces, ensuring they are equipped to articulate the joint value proposition of Nintex solutions integrated with Salesforce and identify opportunities for process automation and document generation
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to support the definition and prioritization of integration roadmaps that enhance our joint offerings and optimize the Nintex experience for Salesforce users
- Monitor and analyze alliance performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, with a focus on Nintex's impact on Salesforce adoption and customer value
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status and impact of the Salesforce alliance, including revenue generated from joint efforts
- Support the effective management of alliance-related budgets and resources
