Analytics Consultant

Summary

Join Aimpoint Digital, a leading analytics consulting firm, as an Analytics Consultant in Colombia. You will collaborate with stakeholders to leverage analytics for business value through process automation, data visualization, and statistical analysis. You will build minimum viable products, production applications, and train clients. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization, experience with tools like Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, or Python, and strong business acumen. You will work independently and as part of a team, solving problems and communicating effectively. This is a full-time, remote position with the option to work from our Medellin office for Medellin-based applicants.

Requirements

• Proficient in data analysis, statistics, and/or data visualization
• Experienced with at least one of: Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL or Python
• Strong business acumen
• Team players who are comfortable working independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• You will work with stakeholders across all levels of an organization to determine how to create business value through analytics process automation, data visualization and statistical analyses
• You will use your expertise to build minimum viable products, production applications and/or enable organizations with the necessary skills through training and coaching
• Analytics Consultants will execute project work with guidance and minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms
• Experience working with relational database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, or Snowflake
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
